Lightning McQueen

This "Cars" themed cake was perfect for a little boy's birthday.

Another July Birthday Cake

This birthday cake is perfect for those that don't like all the extra icing that traditional birthday cakes have with flowers on top. This one had a layer of cream cheese frosting inside the cake.

Birthday Cake

Wow! I have been so busy this summer I have barely had time to update. I have had 7 cakes this past week alone. Here are some of the birthday cakes that I have been working on.

This one was for a close family friend, and is a pretty, traditional style birthday cake.

Four Tier Wedding Cake

I am so excited about my new blog that I have decided to have a little give away. Anyone who lives in the Knoxville, TN area and posts a comment before July 5 will be entered in a drawing for a jumbo cupcake delivered to you or your loved one. Delivery area must be within 20 minutes of downtown Knoxville. Good luck!

Grooms Cake- Basic

The bride wanted a simple groom's cake to compliment her 4 tier wedding cake. The couple chose to put their own decorations on top at the wedding to showcase their individual personalities.

Tow Mater Cake

This cake was just a basic sheet cake with a Tow Mater stuffed toy on top. Anything you have can be a great decoration or serve as inspiration for the perfect cake.

Cat in the Hat

I made this cake for my Aunt's daycare to celebrate a birthday party for Dr. Seuss.

Present Birthday Cake

I made the little gifts atop this cake by making icing bows on top of Starburst Candies.

Deer Cake

This is one of my earliest cakes made for my brother who is an avid hunter. I used a lamb cake pan and altered the cake to be a deer. The antlers are made of white chocolate. It was red velvet on the inside.

Daisy Wedding Cake

That this was my cousin Josh's wedding cake and it was made with Fondant.

Halloween Cupcakes

Creepy yet tasty!

I made these several years ago for a kid's Halloween party.

Emma is 13-ish

Emma is all into saying-ISH about everything so I made this cake for her 13th birthday. She loves the colorful mints I make so I added those all around the cakeboard in flavors of Dreamsicle and Cheescake. I added the little 13s with frosting.

Pokemon- the Giant

This cake was MASSIVE!!! It was as big as my stove top. Half chocolate and half white. This is the whole reason I came up with delivery fees. I freehand drew the pokemon characters- Turtwig and Chimchar by referencing my son's Pokemon book and shirt. He had on a t-shirt and I made him keep coming back so I could look at it again and again.

Wedding Cake

I created this cake on the spur of the moment as a gift for a couple at church that decided to move up their wedding day.

Race Car

I was dreading doing this Dale Jr. Race Car, but once I got into it I really enjoyed it, and it turned out to be one of my favorites.

Hard at Work

Doing what I do best. Last week I was swamped with orders and a friend took this pic of me working on a mini birthday cake for a friend.

Winnie The Pooh

This Winnie the Pooh cake was made for a baby shower. I copied the picture from the napkins selected by the hostess.

Dump Truck

This was one of the first cakes I ever made for my son's 4th birthday. I feel like I have really improved with my cake making since this early cake.

Strawberry Shortcake Hat

I made this cake for a 5 year old little girl who loves Strawberry Shortcake ( the girl not the food). Easy to make...not fun to transport.
